eps
Employment placement service

EPS is designed for eligible jobseekers who are ready to move towards employment and need practical support to get there.

The focus is on getting people in front of real employers, removing anything that could hold them back from starting work, and supporting them through the transition into a job.

BEST FOR:

People of all ages who are ready to actively pursue employment and may need the right connections and support to get there.

Direct Employment Focus

The programme is centred around securing suitable employment rather than completing a set training course.

Active Job Matching

We work to connect participants with opportunities that fit their experience, strengths and goals.

Employer-Led Opportunities

Our team works directly with businesses that are hiring, helping create a clearer path between jobseeker and employer.

CJC
Community job coaching

CJC is specifically designed for 18–24-year-olds who may benefit from more personalised coaching and guidance before moving into employment.

The focus is on getting young jobseekers the skills and training to be ready for the workforce, removing barriers, and supporting them through the transition into a job.

BEST FOR:

Young people aged 18–24 who would benefit from individual coaching and a more supported pathway into work.

Designed for 18–24-Year-Olds

The programme focuses specifically on the employment needs and challenges faced by younger jobseekers.

One-on-One Career Coaching

Participants receive individual support rather than being pushed through a standard pathway.

A more supported pathway

It suits people who may need more time, guidance and encouragement before being ready to step into employment.

sfi
Skills for
industry

Our SFI Class 2 driving programme helps eligible jobseekers work towards a Class 2 driver licence and prepare for employment in driving, transport and logistics.

SFI Class 2 is different because it combines employment support with a fully funded specific industry qualification. We work with trusted providers to gain qualifications and translate that into a career.

BEST FOR:

Eligible jobseekers who want to move into driving, transport or logistics work and meet the programme requirements and screening.

Class 2 Licence Pathway

Participants work towards a recognised licence that opens up a wider range of driving roles.

Industry-Specific

Unlike the broader employment programmes, SFI is focused specifically on the transport and logistics sector.

Training Linked to Employment

The qualification isn’t the end goal. The programme is built around using it to move into work.
