ACC Checks
Understanding past injuries helps employers assess any potential workplace risks and ensure the candidate is physically fit for the role. Where applicable, if there are concerns about a candidate’s ACC history, we can refer them to a nurse for a medical assessment to confirm they are medically and physically fit for work.
Ministry of Justice Checks
These checks focus on a candidate’s criminal record and any legal restrictions that may impact their suitability for certain roles. MOJ checks are critical for positions involving vulnerable people, security-sensitive roles, or where trust and safety are essential.
Credit Checks
For positions involving financial responsibility, credit checks assess a candidate’s financial background. This supports hiring decisions by identifying any potential risks related to financial management, helping safeguard your business.
Reference Checks
