2. Authorisation to Share Information with the Ministry of Social Development (MSD)
   You authorise I’m In to share relevant personal information with the Ministry of Social Development (MSD) to verify your eligibility and support the administration of the programme. This sharing of information will be done securely and in accordance with applicable privacy and confidentiality obligations under New Zealand law.
    

3. Accuracy and Completeness of Information
   You warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete. You agree to inform I’m In promptly of any changes to your personal details or circumstances that may affect your eligibility or participation in the programme.
    

4. Notification of Employment Status
   You agree to notify I’m In immediately upon entering employment. This notification is necessary for maintaining accurate programme records and ensuring ongoing support is provided appropriately.
    

5. Data Protection and Privacy
   I’m In commits to managing your personal information securely and responsibly, in line with the Privacy Act 2020. Your information will be protected against unauthorised access, use, or disclosure and will not be used for any purpose other than those specified without your further consent, except where required by law.
    

6. Withdrawal of Consent
   You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting I’m In. Please note that withdrawing consent may affect your ability to participate in the programme or receive certain services.
    

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, I’m In shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you or failure to notify I’m In of any changes in your circumstances.
