OUR
ADVISORY BOARD

The I'm IN Advisory Board plays a key role in ensuring the I'm In Programme continues to effectively help New Zealanders connect with meaningful employment.

The board provides guidance and oversight, helping us stay focused on making a positive impact. We work closely with the Advisory Board to stay accountable in our business engagement and employment strategies. Innovation is at the heart of everything we do, ensuring we adapt to the changing needs of employers and job seekers.

The board meets quarterly and as needed, focusing on key issues and trends that drive employment outcomes for New Zealand. Their insights help shape the future direction of the I'm IN Programme, keeping us relevant and on track for success across Aotearoa.
The Advisory Board is elected annually through a consultation process. If you're interested in being part of the I'm In Advisory Board, please email us at hello@imin.org.nz and we'll be in touch.
