INNOVATION IN ACTION: I’M IN NAMED FINALIST FOR EXCELLENCE IN TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION

We are proud to share that I’m In has been named a finalist at the 2025 2Degrees Wellington Regional Business Excellence Awards in the category of Excellence in Technology and Innovation.
Since our last time being nominated, we have continued to evolve and expand. Our partnerships have grown, our team has strengthened, and our mission to help jobseekers access meaningful work has never been clearer.

At the heart of our progress is a commitment to doing things differently. This year, we launched breakthrough innovations that allows jobseekers to present their confidence, communication, and personality in a way traditional methods cannot capture. For many, this has been a complete game-changer, helping employers see the real person behind the paper and opening doors that might otherwise have stayed closed.
We have also partnered with amazing work-ready service providers, ensuring jobseekers are fully prepared on day one, as well as removing barriers that can delay employment. Together, these initiatives reflect our ongoing focus on practical, forward-thinking solutions that support both people and businesses.

Earlier this year, we were also honoured to receive the Impact Award at the 2025 Wellington Gold Awards, acknowledging the measurable change we are creating in our communities. Being named a finalist once again, this time for our innovation, feels like a full-circle moment that recognises both our growth and our continued commitment to doing things better.

As we prepare to celebrate alongside other outstanding organisations, we are proud to reflect on how far we have come and what this recognition represents. For us, innovation has always been about people - finding new ways to connect, remove barriers, and create lasting change.
