We were honoured to be named a finalist for two categories at the 2Degrees Wellington Regional Business Excellence Awards: Best Small Business and Diversity & Inclusion.

Being recognised in these areas was a proud milestone for our team and a reflection of the heart, hard work, and dedication that have gone into building a programme that truly changes lives.

The I’m In Programme began with a simple mission: to help people find belief in themselves and access meaningful work. Since then, we have refined our model to meet the unique needs of jobseekers, strengthened relationships with employers, and created an approach that turns potential into purpose.

Our work goes beyond getting people into jobs. It is about empowering them to thrive once they are there, and helping businesses build inclusive workplaces that value reliability, motivation, and growth.

None of this would be possible without the continued support of the Ministry of Social Development (MSD). Their belief in our vision and their commitment to funding innovative employment solutions have been essential to our progress.

With MSD’s backing, we have been able to reach more people, build stronger systems, and expand our resources. Together, we are creating long-term pathways that support personal development and community wellbeing.
