Through pre-employment training and post-employment support, the "I'm In" program mitigates the risk of hiring individuals who might struggle to adapt to the job or the company culture. This leads to higher employee retention rates and lower turnover costs.

I’m In collaborates with businesses to identify potential funding opportunities, such as business growth grants and where you could get government assistance when hiring staff. This financial support aids in the expansion of the business, creating a positive impact on both job opportunities and overall growth.

Funding Opportunities

The program recognises the value of continuous learning and development. It offers support, and in some cases funding, for post-employment training within the first 90 days of employment. This ensures that employees continue to enhance their skills and contribute effectively to the business.

Post-Employment Training

The "I'm In" program goes beyond just recruitment by offering pastoral care assistance to new employees during their initial 90 days on the job. This support helps employees settle into their roles and reduces turnover due to early challenges or uncertainties.

Pastoral Care Assistance

Participants provide two work relevant references that we use to assess their work readiness and competence for the role, boosting employer confidence on their hiring decisions.

Reference-checked candidates

By providing businesses with candidates who have completed pre-employment training, I’m In accelerates the recruitment process. This helps in quickly filling vacant positions and reducing the time and effort usually required for training new recruits.

Fast-Tracking Recruitment

Focuses on candidates who have already undergone pre-employment training. This means businesses are presented with potential employees who are already equipped with essential job-related skills or a development plan, saving time and money.
