EMPLOYMENT TASK
We'll set an initial employment task that will help you identify the types of roles that could be a good fit for your next job. It might not be the north star, but if its a step close then atleast we're heading in the right direction.
EMPLOYABLILITY SKILLS MEETING
Designed to further build your confidence and self belief, we'll discuss your employment task and ensure that the job expectations you have align with the labour market. In addition, we'll develop a tailored plan designed to support your job applications and provide critical insights into the recruitment process.
CANVASING DONE FOR YOU
With our extensive network of employers and ability to engage with businesses, we'll ring businesses on your behalf to set up potential interviews with employees looking to hire, helping fast track the chances of landing you an interview.
SKILL BUILDING WORKSHOP
Attend a group workshop focused on being able to nail interview questions. This is an assessment based task that will require you to have a smart device. You'll come away with an understanding on how to navigate an interview even when they throw you the curly questions.

This is the most important time for both you as a new employee and the business you’re jumped into. Getting used to working 6-8 hours a day can be a tough process. Post employment, we’ll work with you on a regular basis as you up-skill and build your career.
